1. All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
    2. A student’s participation in Bounce School is confirmed only upon receipt of the first and last month’s payment, as well as the registration fee for new students.
    3. Rescheduling is permitted up to two times per month, subject to class and coach availability.
    4. Each student is bound to the selected program period.
    5. No refunds or session carryovers are available for students who cancel their membership or program.
    6. In the event of an unsuccessful monthly payment, the student will be notified and given one week to settle the transaction. Failure to do so will result in automatic termination of the membership and cancellation of all remaining sessions.

No refunds will be made under such circumstances.
    13. In the event of an outbreak of infectious disease, all students and/or parents/guardians must comply with quarantine rules set by government agencies or Bounce School.
    14. If Bounce School invokes Force Majeure to excuse its obligations, the school must prove it took reasonable steps to minimize delays or damages caused by foreseeable events, substantially fulfilled all non-excused obligations, and notified the other party (student, agent, etc.) of the likelihood or occurrence of the event where possible.
    15. If students are unable to adhere to Bounce School’s behaviour expectations, they may face suspension or dismissal.

I understand that no refund will be issued if my child is suspended or dismissed from the program. I have read, understand, and agree with all the above policies and will discuss the behaviour expectations with my child. I understand that Bounce School has the right to revoke my child’s participation in the programs for behaviour that violates the behaviour policies and procedures. My signature below indicates my agreement with all terms outlined in this document.
